Refund & Cancellation Policy

How billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds work.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy supplements Sections 17–19 of the Customer Service Agreement. Where this policy and the Agreement differ, the Agreement controls.

1. Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance through our payment processors. Monthly plans bill each month and annual plans bill each year, on the date you subscribed, until cancelled.

2. Automatic Renewal

Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date. We will make renewal terms clear at checkout. You are responsible for cancelling before renewal if you do not wish to continue.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@madstockalerts.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by law. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

4. Refunds

Unless required by law or expressly stated in writing, subscription fees are non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, offer a refund, credit, or extension in individual cases; doing so once does not obligate us to do so again.

5. Lifetime and One-Time Memberships

Lifetime, promotional, and other one-time or discounted memberships are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend access until payment succeeds. Repeated failures may result in cancellation.
